Customer Service Representatives

We are seeking bi-lingual Customer Service Representatives (CSR) in our El Monte, CA Operations Office. Successful candidates will have an aptitude for customer assistance and problem solving. Operations Office is open 24/7 365, including holidays.
Duties included: answering phones, entering reservations, troubleshooting transports, vendor & client interaction, and other duties as assigned.
